Firing Service

Oxart Pottery offers a firing service for home potters, saving you the expense of purchasing and running your own kiln.   We currently have 5 Kilns both electric and gas and will fire up to stoneware temperatures.

The price is per 'Fired' Kilogram and includes a Bisque and glaze fire, using your own glazes.   There is also a price for using Oxart Pottery's stock glazes.  Price will be calculated after firing, however an indication of the quantity is preferred.

*Glazing days will be arranged for you to come in and utilize the space to glaze your items with either your own, or Oxart's glazes.   Please contact us or keep an eye on social media to get these dates.

Items can be dropped off to either studio at Taradale or Darley.  Just contact us to arrange, or drop into Oxart HQ Taradale on a Tuesday, Saturday or Sunday.
